The Sydney Jungle and its surrounds will be our classroom
With clues to be cracked, riddles to solve, and many QR codes scanned…. The Urban Jungle of Sydney and surrounding suburbs will be our classroom! Whilst mainly tailored towards SLES and FAKAJ Participants, all funding classes are welcome as diversity is important for everyone’s growth into adult hood and a school leavers smooth transition into the workforce. Resume skills, application lodgement, problem solving, actual job interviews, exposure therapy, critical thinking, social skills, work experience, and physical activity. These are some of the categories our platform will teach to. When a team scans a QR code, each of their respective mobile devices will bring up different lessons to either download or learn on the spot that relate to their specific curriculum/journey.
During these outings, players may need to ween the clues out from members of the workforce…. Barista’s, Firemen, Luna Park ride operators are some examples…. The codes will be hard to find or may not be in paper form; players may need to create the code themselves through art or puzzling. Think- ‘the Amazing Race’ or things like Escape Rooms. These outings will run on a team basis; different groups competing on consecutive weekdays. Events such as Vivid, premises such as Taronga Zoo are some examples of major venues that may coincide with the scavenger hunt.

I would also like to offer anyone who is interested in editing the app remotely- a link to my portal so we can all hopefully input our unique ideas into existence. It’s quite easy as the platform I use only requires users to type in prompts describing their ideas and AI will then generate your changes and do all the coding stuff in a matter of seconds! We can always revert things as well in the history of prompts- so all is not lost! The sessions will use our Connex Life tour van and public transport including Ferry’s, buses, and train rides.

What next?
If you are a Registered Provider, this could change how your Participants are supported! We would love to make this platform an open source. Feel free to give me a call (ask for me, Jordan) and discuss how this platform can allow for a collaboration between services and transform this from an internal game to a large-scale Sydney based competition.
